For the last 20 years, Bianca has built her expertise in advertising and media for brands like Victoria’s Secret, ASICS, Saucony, Harley-Davidson, Red Bull, Garmin, Staples, LoJack, John Hancock, Akamai, RSA Security, and Progress Software.
Bianca currently leads the Global Digital Media capability at Finn Partners. She is responsible for media strategy development, omni-channel media planning and buying, and nurturing key partner relationships. Prior to joining FINN, she worked for global agencies like Digitas, Leo Burnett, and Genuine (an IPG Company). She has experience on both B2C and B2B, and she is an advocate for utilizing data and audience-driven insights coupled with a vibrant dose of storytelling.
Bianca grew up in the Philippines before moving to Boston. During her free time, she works as a food blogger and influencer. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Boston University, teaching Media Strategy.
Bianca has a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Masters in Journalism from Harvard University.
