Elaine Fujiwara is the Chief Customer Officer at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) and is responsible for the overall customer experience, focusing on the strategic direction of sales, communications and marketing, and membership. Fujiwara has more than 25 years of experience at HDS. Fujiwara currently serves as a board member for Aloha Medical Mission, Parents and Children Together, Retail Merchants of Hawaii, and the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP).
