All sessions will be recorded and available for replay on November 1, 2022. Please note, no sessions will have a livestream available.
Frequently, we give too much of ourselves. From working extra hours to trying to “power through” a cold, we’ve become workaholics in an effort to care for our job, our family and our community. It takes a toll on our body, our mind and our emotions. Hear from Queen’s caregivers about how they are working to find the right balance of caring for our community while also caring for themselves in this meaningful session.
