Bryn Pane’e Burkhart is the Founder & Principal of Bright Evolution Leadership Coaching. An Executive Coach and workplace strategist, Bryn brings a strengths-based approach to organizations, guiding business leaders to solve pressing challenges and create healthier, more productive workplace environments.
Prior to starting her coaching practice, Bryn led Alumni Career Services at MIT Sloan’s School of Management for 15 years. In 2022, she relocated from Boston to Honolulu to live near extended ohana and invest her energy in Hawai’i.
Bryn holds a B.A. in Journalism from the UNC-Chapel Hill and an Ed.M from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education. She completed her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) training through the Co-Active Training Institute and is a PCC with the ICF.
