Crystal is a founding partner of Lung Rose Voss Wagnild whose mission over 38 years has remained constant, steadfast and dedicated to providing result-oriented representation and exceptional client service. Crystal is one of Hawaiiʻs most accomplished and creative business litigation attorneys and is known for her ability to add value to her clients by offering strategic counsel and advise. Her work over the last few decades has helped shape the face of Hawaii business, transforming amongst others some of our stateʻs largest institutions.
Her prominent legal background is enhanced and complemented by her business experience as a corporate board member of Central Pacific Bank, Hawaiian Airlines and Gentry Homes Inc. Ms. Rose is also a currrent Trustee of the Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate. A proud native Hawaiian - born and raised on Hawai`i Island and a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools – Ms. Rose actively contributes both her time and energy to various native Hawaiian and other non-profit community organizations. She has served a a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, The Nature Conservancy, Blue Planet Foundation, Child and Family Services, Catholic Charities, and Friends of Iolani Palace.
Crystal was honored as Best Lawyer of the Year in Arbitration in 2022 and Best Lawyer of the Year in Construction Litigation in 2013. Recognized as a Hawaiʻi Super Lawyer since 2008 and Best Lawyers in America since 2006. Ms. Rose was named as America’s Top 100 Attorneys and given a Lifetime Achievement Award.
