Kerrie Urosevich PhD, knows that when keiki and `ohana thrive, our communities and businesses thrive. Kerrie is the Executive Director for Hawai`i Early Childhood Action Strategy (ECAS), a government-nongovernment collaborative working to improve the system of care for Hawai`iʻs youngest keiki. Kerrie previously served in both Governor Abercrombie’s and Governor Ige’s Administrations in this role. Over the last 30 years, Kerrieʻs work has been rooted in local and international peacebuilding, policymaking and systems change efforts.
