Marissa Page is an Organizational Development Facilitator at American Savings Bank (ASB).
With over 12 years of experience in leadership development and instructional design, Marissa is dedicated to equipping leaders with personal and professional development tools and creating transformative learning experiences. In her current role, she promotes ASB’s values by enhancing teammate engagement through training on topics like giving and receiving feedback, communication and collaboration. She has led several of ASB’s development programs aimed at helping teammates build capacity and reach their full potential.
Marissa supports ASB’s women-focused initiatives and has mentored many young wahine. Prior to ASB, she held instructional and leadership positions at various educational institutions in California. Marissa holds a Master of Science in Education from Dominican University of California, where she was honored as the Outstanding Graduate Student, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Administration in Humanities and Cultural Studies.
