As Executive Director of Movers and Shakas, Nicole Lim enculturates newly relocated leaders through the Hawaiʻi Talent Onboarding Program (HITOP). Participants learn about Hawaii, increase leadership effectiveness, build lasting relationships and develop a sense of kuleana for their new home.
Nicole has worked internationally in corporate strategy for eBay and as a management consultant for L.E.K. Consulting. A proud graduate of Iolani School, Nicole holds a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
