Sara is a systems engineer, entrepreneur, and revenue leader. As a tech startup advisor, she empowers entrepreneurs and innovators to engineer systems that transform their vision into revenue. After graduating from Santa Clara University, Sara spent over a decade in high-growth tech in Silicon Valley, working with the best and brightest leaders from exceptional organizations like Cisco, Google, Facebook, Boeing, Vodafone, Fidelity Investments, Virgin Atlantic, the State of Hawaiʻi, and Servco, among others. Her experiences across sales, HR, operations, and systems engineering give her a unique perspective on how to build strong workplace cultures, deeply empathize with customer needs, and turn passion and problems into revenue. Sara grew up on Oʻahu and works remotely from her forest farm on the Big Island.
