Shelee Kimura is president and CEO of Hawaiian Electric, the state’s largest utility, serving communities on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, Maui, Lāna‘i and Moloka‘i.
Before becoming CEO in 2022, Shelee held several senior positions at Hawaiian Electric, including SVP of Customer Service & Public Affairs, SVP of Business Development & Strategic Planning, and leadership roles in Investor Relations, Strategy and Corporate Finance at HEI.
Shelee serves on the boards of Alexander & Baldwin, Mid-Pacific Institute, Nā Kama Kai, and Parents and Children Together.
