Stephany Vaioleti

Stephany Nihipali Vaioleti serves as President of Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital on Hawai‘i Island.  Vaioleti serves as a member of Queen’s senior leadership team and manages day-to-day operations of the 35 bed hospital which was named a Top Rural Hospital by The Leapfrog Group in 2023.  

Before joining Queen’s, Vaioleti served as Deputy Director for the non-profit Holomua Collective. Prior to that, she was the Community Engagement Navigator at Hawai‘i Energy, focusing on energy efficiency and equity.  

Vaioleti earned a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, and Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law.
