Tracy is an environmental and land use planner with over 15 years of experience, specializing in renewable energy and biofuels projects. She prepares environmental impact documents, land use permits and master plans. Her work spans agriculture, residential, education, industrial and scientific institutions. Tracy has expertise in public policy and coordination with community and governmental organizations. Before G70, she worked on public relations and policy for U.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye and the Hawai‘i State Legislature.
